Adam is Chef Patron of the four AA rosette awarded Adam Reid at The French at The Midland Hotel, Manchester, owner of The Whippet & Pickle in Holmfirth, and the culinary mind behind the dining experience at aether, Manchester Airport's private terminal. A twice winner of BBC's Great British Menu, his food is precise yet generous — modern British cooking with a distinctly Northern edge. For this one-night-only guest chef evening, Adam brings his high-end Northern cuisine to Anglesey in the form of a seasonal tasting menu, created around exceptional produce and thoughtful simplicity. The evening will be lively and relaxed, built around great food, conversation, and atmosphere, with live music throughout the night.
