A twice winner of BBC's Great British Menu, his food is precise yet generous — modern British cooking with a distinctly Northern edge. For this one-night-only guest chef evening, Adam brings his high-end Northern cuisine to Anglesey in the form of a seasonal tasting menu, created around exceptional produce and thoughtful simplicity. The evening will be lively and relaxed, built around great food, conversation, and atmosphere, with live music throughout the night. With just one sitting from 6:00pm, the evening is yours to savour.
