With an emphasis on fish, vegetables and lentils, served with rice, this is also a beautifully vibrant and healthy cuisine. Enjoy a unique and exciting niche in Indian cuisine and satisfy your love for seafood. WHAT TO EXPECT: + Chapputi + Prawn Malaikari + Fish Biryani + Biryani Masala + Tomato Macher Jhol Fish Curry. Exact recipes for this class will vary by season. This event is suitable for pescatarian and gluten free, not suitable for vegetarian or vegan. For home cooks who want to explore something new. Our cookery classes are relaxed, informative and fun and are specially designed by our teaching chefs to give you skills and confidence in the kitchen. So enjoy an alternative night out preparing a delicious, seasonal selection of dishes which you can eat during strategic breaks or simply take home to enjoy in front of the T.V.! All of our weeknight cookery club sessions are suitable for beginner cooks and are led by our friendly chef tutors. In this session, you’ll bake some of France’s most beloved breads, using tried-and-tested recipes straight from a French farmhouse. You’ll master the rustic Pain de Campagne, a hearty French country sourdough, craft the perfect slow-developed baguette, shape a rye miche and create the eye-catching classic fougasse. Plus, dive into the rich history of French bread terms and try your hand at shaping the beautiful “epi” loaf. Whether you’re a seasoned baker or a curious beginner, this is your chance to knead, shape and bake like a true French artisan. Today, whether in Asia, India, Africa, The Americas or the Caribbean, it seems the whole world wants to spice-up their food and create their own curry! Now here’s a chance to create your own and add a variety of popular curries to your repertoire. Suitable for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. Our lively morning cookery sessions give you a taste of your chosen subject under the tutelage of our experienced cookery school teacher. The sessions are suitable for beginner cooks and are led by our friendly chef tutors. The class has been designed to increase your home cooking skills, experience and confidence.
