Gentle Exercise & Conditioning – Term Time Only Thursdays 1:45-2:45pm Come along to our seated or standing exercise class which has cognitive benefits that can support Alzheimers, Dementia, Parkinsons, MND or any cognitive impairment. Walking Netball Tuesdays 12:00-1:00pm Run by England Netball, Walking Netball is a friendly and inclusive programme, allowing women the opportunity to find their place in the sport. Tai Chi Fridays 4:15-5:15pm Due to popular demand we are now offering a second class! Combines gentle physical exercise and stretching with mindfulness. Tai chi is a non-competitive martial art known for its self-defense techniques and health benefits.
