Adult Ballet Fridays 1:30-2:30pm Suitable for those with very little or no previous experience in dance the classes will focus on understanding the core principles of ballet, including basic ballet positions, terms and movements. The adult ballet class is a fun way to improve strength, coordination and overall fitness. Run by Dacorum Community Dance.
