Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, or anything for comfort. Chairs are also available. The session will conclude with time for questions, a demonstration, and hands-on experience with the bowls. ————————————Joan Filla is a physician who was introduced to Tibetan singing bowls while recovering from long standing trauma. Singing bowls and meditation became an integral part of her journey and she hopes to share these powerful tools with others.

Good Evening - Live Jazz: Onmo

/ Contemporary Jazz / Groove / Spiritual Guitarist and composer Jean de Talhouët brings immersive contemporary Jazz blending spiritual grooves, polyrhythms and modal harmony realised by a bold and spirited ensemble. Dynamic in form and mood, the music morphs from hypnotic kinetics, to uplifting aerials and brooding contemplations, inspiring movement, joy and reflection along the way. It is a wish to celebrate life itself – the vital energy that exists in all living things. Jean draws inspiration from jazz greats such as Wayne Shorter and Joe Henderson, as well as the European jazz Soper – Trumpet Jonathan Chung – Tenor Saxophone Jean de Talhouët – Guitar and Compositions Rupert Cox – Piano/Keyboards Huw V Williams – Double and Electric Bass Max Hallett – Drums. Good Evening has been collaborating with the Royal Albert to present great live music every Sunday night for over a decade.
