A Summer Affair With The Rat Pack

Swing into Summer with The Rat Pack. The Official UK No: 1 Tribute show as voted by The Agents Association of Great Britain for three years running, comes to The Pheasantry direct From London’s Leicester Square Theatre, The 02 and a Royal Command Performance. The acclaimed David Alacey (Lovejoy & Inspector Alleyn) stars as Frank Sinatra alongside West End Favourite Tim Harwood as Dean Martin. They are joined by former Coronation Street and Hollyoaks star Ashley Campbell as Sammy Davis Jnr in the original Rat Pack show, now celebrating its 26ᵗʰ record breaking year. Together they amaze audiences with their recreation of the music of Sinatra, Martin and Davis, in a fabulous show which brings the style and excitement of the Las Vegas heyday to vivid life. Including all the great hits - My Way, Mr Bojangles, New York New York, Amore, Come Fly With Me! The show also features the BBC Musical Director Mac Shone at The Piano alongside the Buddy Greco All-Stars. Greco who was a member of the real Pack in Vegas and a friend of Marilyn Monroe (having spent the famous last weekend at Lake Tahoe with Sinatra and Marilyn) gave the show his seal of appoval saying “These guys are as close as anyone will ever get to my dear friends, it was just like being back at The Sands” He also adds an authentic touch of Rat Pack style to the show, by making a specially recorded guest appearance.

The Girls Are Back in Town Bob Harris from BBC Radio 2 referred to them as “one of the best live bands in Britain.” The ladies’ roll-call list is simply mind blowing – as are the stories the ladies readily share of their life in music. Roger Daltrey “Nikki Lamborn has the best female rock voice since Janis Joplin.“ The legendary Dame Shirley Bassey called the girls “inspirational," and, on hearing Nikki sing their original song The Living Tree said, “I got goosebumps and the hairs on the back of my neck stood up." If you want to hear what’s been setting other venues alight, then make sure you catch a live performance. Never The Bride are Nikki Lamborn and Catherine Feeney and …their biography reads like a Who’s Who of rock music, having performed alongside The Who, Robert Plant, Gary Moore, Paul Rogers, Eric Clapton, Alice Cooper, The Pretenders, Status Quo and many more. In 1995 they received a gold disc for their contribution on the record “Encomium, A tribute to Led Zeppelin,” on which they performed an unforgettable version of ‘Going to California.’ their live performance of the song being quoted recently as a Top 10 moment in 25 years of Live Music at The Viper Room LA, USA. More than twenty years on, along with a world class band, Never the Bride is still wowing audiences and growing their already large international fan base, selling out shows wherever they play.

The Swing Commanders

The Swing Commanders are a stunningly vibrant and versatile group that perform an exciting mix of 1940s Classics, Boogie-Woogie, Western Swing, 50's Jump Jazz and more! Every member of the Swing Commanders sings and plays at least one instrument, sometimes three! Yet what makes them stand out even above their incredible music ability and performing skills is their joie-de-vivre. People who experience the band for the first time are amazed at the energetic showmanship, the instrument swapping, the intricate arrangements, and sophisticated vocal blend. The Swing Commanders take well crafted songs from the thirties to the fifties, from American Songbook classics to Western Swing and Novelty songs, and overlay them with lush vocal harmonies and hot solos. The rhythms, varying from ballads to jive to quicksteps, are great for dances, theatre shows, and parties. The Swing Commanders have appeared, often headlining, at most of the UK's top Vintage and Country Music festivals such as Carfest, Twinwood Festival, Retro Festival, Vintage for Victory to name a few.They are loved by fans of Jazz, Country, Swing and Blues, and find it easy to fill dancehalls with lindy hoppers, modern jivers, line, partner and social dancers. They play all over the UK, regularly tour Europe and when they can, cross the pond to visit the US! The band members have a wealth of musical experience, from bar room to classical concert hall, as well as an understanding of dance and theatre.

Amphitrio is an award-winning contemporary jazz trio from Bucharest, blending the atmospheric depth of Scandinavian jazz with the rich rhythmic language of the Balkans. Formed in 2023, the group brings together three versatile musicians with strong backgrounds in classical and alternative music. Their sound is cinematic, expressive and dynamic, shaped by original compositions and a deep sense of interplay. Following performances at major European festivals and an international tour across 11 countries, Amphitrio continues to captivate audiences with a fresh and distinctive voice on the contemporary jazz scene. Amphitrio is an award-winning contemporary jazz project based in Bucharest, Romania, initiated in 2023. The trio features pianist and composer Andrei Petrache, bassist Mike Alex and percussionist Philip Goron, three musicians with strong backgrounds in both classical and alternative music. Their sound is defined by a unique blend of Scandinavian jazz aesthetics and Balkan rhythmic and harmonic influences, resulting in an expansive, cinematic and emotionally rich musical experience. Since its formation, Amphitrio has quickly gained international recognition, performing at major festivals such as Jazz in the Park, Gărâna Jazz Festival, Baku Jazz Festival and JazzFest Budapest. In 2024, the trio completed an extensive international tour across 11 countries, further establishing their presence on the European jazz scene, followed by appearances at key events in 2025.

London-based jazz vocalist Shany Moore brings a distinctive, blues-infused sound to contemporary jazz standards and classic repertoire. Known for her expressive phrasing, warm tone and engaging stage presence, she has performed at leading venues and festivals including the London Jazz Festival, PizzaExpress Live, The Bulls Head and TED Global, as well as internationally in Tel Aviv. Praised as the “fresh new voice of jazz,” Shany collaborates with some of the capital’s finest musicians to deliver dynamic, stylish performances that blend jazz tradition with soul and R&B influences, creating an intimate and memorable live experience. Shany Moore is a London-based jazz vocalist recognised for her emotive delivery, distinctive tone and fresh interpretations of contemporary standards. Her performances combine classic jazz sensibility with modern influences drawn from soul, rhythm & blues and blues traditions, resulting in a sound that is both rooted and current. She has appeared at prominent venues and festivals in the UK and abroad including the London Jazz Festival, PizzaExpress Live, The Bulls Head and Glastonbury as the lead vocalist for Jazzsteppa. Peter has been the lead singer of the legendary Hollies since 2004. Over the past 35 years, Peter has written, recorded, played, sung, and toured worldwide with a variety of artists including performing on stage with Cliff Richard for 20 years. He has also enjoyed his time in theatre, playing the part of Roy Orbison in Bill Kenwright’s Only the Lonely. It was also for Bill Kenwright that he wrote the musical Robin Prince of Sherwood and took the role of the Sheriff of Nottingham in the West End and on tour. Peter Howarth, lead singer with The Hollies and West End star of Only the Lonely - The Roy Orbison Story, invites you to join him for an acoustic solo show as he performs some of the all-time favourite hits such as He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother, You Got It, and Pretty Woman. Eban Brown with his silky tenor vocals and sexy falsetto, was the frontman of The Stylistics for nearly 20 years. They were of course one of the biggest soul groups of the 1970’s under AVCO Records (later Philadelphia International Records), earning a Grammy Nomination with “You Make Me Feel Brand New”. Throughout Eban’s early career he was Lead Vocalist for: Ray, Goodman and Brown (better known as The Moments) and Grammy Award Winners - The Manhattans. Later, Eban became the Lead Vocalist of The Delfonics. He was their first and only Lead Vocalist to receive a NAACP Award for his vocal and performance accomplishments. Not only is Eban a talented songwriter and jazz guitarist, he also became the Producer of 2 songs for US Rap Artist Rob Base called “Are You With Me” and “Chillin”.

Laura Lantano

Laura Lantano performs jazz-influenced originals from her upcoming EP Where Are You Really From? and her debut album Returning To Myself, alongside her favourite jazz standards. Her songs are rooted in storytelling and lyrical honesty, delivered with a warm and expressive voice. Her upcoming EP explores stories and rhythms from her Filipino and Mauritian heritage. Joined by pianist Rob Brockway and tenor saxophonist Robin Porter, Laura offers an intimate and engaging evening that lingers long after the final note. Laura Lantano is a contemporary singer-songwriter influenced by jazz and classic songwriting. Her songs are rooted in storytelling and lyrical honesty. After studying music technology and classical piano, she trained as a jazz vocalist at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, grounding her artistry in harmony, improvisation, and expressive performance. Laura has headlined shows at Crazy Coqs, Green Note, Piano Smithfield, and 1901 Arts Club, and appeared at Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club (Upstairs) and Jazz Café POSK. She also curated and ran the Jazz Singers Jam at Oliver’s Jazz Bar, hosting evenings featuring leading vocalists including Heidi Vogel, Anita Wardell, Emilia Mårtensson, and Brigitte Beraha. Her debut album, Returning To Myself, features a collection of original compositions recorded with pianist Sam Leak and tenor saxophonist Duncan Eagles.
