London and PizzaExpress favourites the Denmark Street Big Band present their new exclusive new show and orchestrations of the great composer Burt Bacharach and their wonderful tribute to one of the most melodically gifted, commercially successful and collaboratively prolific song writers of all time. Burt Bacharach's work with classic lyricists and the brightest artists created the soundtrack to many peoples lives. His unique mastery of both melody and metre finds a perfect home in this orchestral setting. Sabrina Carter (Wicked) and Stuart Boother for a celebration of the man and his legacy. Sabrina Carter graduated from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, working extensively in London's West End and Internationally. She played coveted roles such as Elphaba in Wicked, Nancy in Oliver, Margaret/Annabella/Pamela in The 39 steps to name but a few. She was a member of the illustrious Kenneth Branagh theatre company and fulfilled a burning ambition to work for The National Theatre on several occasions. On screen, Sabrina was part of the Jonathan Pie series made for the BBC as well as appearing in several award winning short films and commercials.
