Kwame Yeboah is a generation-defining multi-instrumentalist, super-producer, and musical architect whose work bridges Ghanaian tradition with contemporary global sound. Moving fluently between Highlife, Jazz, and Afrobeats; Yeboah is widely recognized as the visionary behind the modern evolution of Ghana’s iconic Highlife genre. Kwame began his journey at age five, the son of Highlife veteran A.K. Yeboah, mastering percussion before learning lead guitar and keyboards. The Girls Are Back in Town Bob Harris from BBC Radio 2 referred to them as “one of the best live bands in Britain.” The ladies’ roll-call list is simply mind blowing – as are the stories the ladies readily share of their life in music. Roger Daltrey “Nikki Lamborn has the best female rock voice since Janis Joplin.“ The legendary Dame Shirley Bassey called the girls “inspirational," and, on hearing Nikki sing their original song The Living Tree said, “I got goosebumps and the hairs on the back of my neck stood up." If you want to hear what’s been setting other venues alight, then make sure you catch a live performance. Never The Bride are Nikki Lamborn and Catherine Feeney and …their biography reads like a Who’s Who of rock music, having performed alongside The Who, Robert Plant, Gary Moore, Paul Rogers, Eric Clapton, Alice Cooper, The Pretenders, Status Quo and many more. In 1995 they received a gold disc for their contribution on the record “Encomium, A tribute to Led Zeppelin,” on which they performed an unforgettable version of ‘Going to California.’ their live performance of the song being quoted recently as a Top 10 moment in 25 years of Live Music at The Viper Room LA, USA. More than twenty years on, along with a world class band, Never the Bride is still wowing audiences and growing their already large international fan base, selling out shows wherever they play.
