Modern Disco Girl ALESSIA welcomes fellow artist friends for a special night celebrating the best in new music. Join Alessia — the Swiss-born, London-based electro pop / synthpop / disco artist — as she performs alongside some of Europe's finest young performing talents, traversing borders and genres, always giving good vibes. Expect an electric set, glitter-soaked vibes, and a few surprises — including exclusive unreleased tracks and new material from Alessia's forthcoming debut album, and exciting performances from Scottish multi-instrumentalist queen Florence Jack, "Modern David Bowie" Nat Cartier and the angelic Spanish voice of Maria Granados. Alessia is a Swiss-born London-based independent disco and electro pop artist, who combines disco-funk nostalgia with a contemporary cool-pop edge. She has been performing music from a very young age, back then in front of a piano (she is a classically trained pianist). After a handful of singles in recent years Alessia released her debut EP "Modern Disco Girl" in 2024, produced and co-written by the legendary Will Hicks, and has achieved over 1.3 million streams. Alessia's latest EP "The Thrill Of It" is an exploration of life’s exhilarating moments, focusing on the highs of love, freedom, and the electric energy of being fully alive. The title track, released at the start of 2025, captures the essence of what it means to dive headfirst into life.

Polish- born jazz artist Elvira Rey draws on inspiration from The Great American Songbook, Brazilian rhythms and her Slavic roots. She has crafted an international sound that is both expressive and deeply personal. She is an artist of refined musicality and continual evolution who brings both sensitivity and strength to every performance. Elvira invites audiences into a world shaped by tone, culture, and feeling, creating intimate and emotionally resonant experiences. Elvira Rey sold out her debut show at Jazz Café POSK and has performed at prestigious venues including the London Palladium. She has also been invited to perform for members of the Royal Family in London and has toured internationally across Italy. Asaph Tal Asaph Tal is a double bassist in the jazz tradition. After his studies at Birmingham Conservatoire, he moved to London and now plays with the city’s leading musicians, such as Sam Braysher, Emma Smith, Honey Boulton, and is a member of the Alex Bryson Trio.

FIRE Feat. Erwin launched in 2022 with two sell out shows at PizzaExpress Live, Chelsea. The band return with a dynamic mix of Jazz, Soul, Funk and Latin. Featuring the beautiful sounding Godin electric/classical guitar, renowned Guitarist and Musical Director Erwin Keiles leads this high octane 8 piece band and singers through reworked music from artists including Stevie Wonder, Sergio Mendes, George Benson, Brothers Johnson and Quincy Jones. A vibrant show not to be missed! Erwin has toured and recorded with numerous international chart topping artists including Jamiroquai, The Temptations, Shalamar, Go West, Sister Sledge, The Supremes, to name but a few. Following the release of their first single "Pick Up The Pieces" on Expansion Records, FIRE Feat. Erwin have now released a 12 track CD titled "Comin' Home". ERWIN Born in South Africa, lead member Erwin Keiles became a very successful session & touring guitarist while still a teenager, working with many of the most successful local artists. He moved to the UK to further his career and has both recorded and toured the world as guitarist and Music Director with icons of pop, soul and jazz. Early on he worked with UK household names, Cilla Black, Petula Clark, and later Jamiroquai, ABC, Take That, Boyzone, Kim Wilde before becoming a 'go to' musician for visiting US artists including Ben E. King, Billy Paul, Candi Staton, Alexander O'Neal, Donna Summer, Shalamar, The Emotions, Sister Sledge and Gloria Gaynor.

Marie Herbert Born in Chicago, Marie Herbert has spent most of her life in London. Marie has enjoyed a varied creative career as a film and television actress, as well as a publisher and producer of music for advertising. Alongside this, she has written a modest collection of original songs—both words and music—and performs with The Raccateers Quintet. Despite a lifetime of singing and many years at the piano, she feels she is only just beginning to fathom its rich and inexhaustible possibilities. Sabine Pomplun Originally from Germany ,her love of jazz began through dance. A passionate dancer, she discovered jazz music through tap and Lindy Hop, and, having performed dance routines, developed a long-held aspiration to perform jazz vocally—something she has only recently begun to pursue more seriously. Sabine is particularly drawn to the swinging sounds of the 1930s and 40s . Fascinated by the human voice, she has embarked on a journey into vocal technique, studying Estill Voice Training, which is beginning to shape and influence her developing style.

A cosmopolitan musician, educator and writer born in London to an Italian-Portuguese family, he has performed on six continents and brings his project to PizzaExpress Live Chelsea for the very first time. azz/ world music pianist and composer Dan Costa is bringing his award-winning music to the UK with a new series of live performances. His output has been considered entrancing (Downbeat Magazine), rare and luxurious (All About Jazz) and profound (Jazziz), blending virtuosity, accessibility, and cultural storytelling which reflect a deep engagement with Modern Latin Jazz. He has recorded with artists such as Randy Brecker, Ron Carter, John Patitucci, Mike Stern, Bob Mintzer, Hermeto Pascoal, Dave Liebman, Ivan Lins, Seamus Blake, Dave Douglas, Romero Lubambo, Leila Pinheiro, Marcos Suzano, Jaques Morelenbaum and Roberto Menescal. He has released three studio albums – Suite Três Rios (2016), Skyness (2018) and Beams (2023) –, a live solo album – Live in California (2020) –, and two singles – Love Dance (2020) with Ivan Lins and Iremia (2022) with Ron Carter. In 2025, he recorded new output with Ron Carter and Bob Mintzer.
