This is a practical, guided workshop in a real-world setting at our historic dog friendly pub Suffolk location. The Experience: This is a hands-on learning experience designed to make social outings a breeze. Jackie will be on hand to guide you through the session, helping you and your pooch navigate the challenges of a public space in real-time. Open Farm Sunday at Woodlands Farm

Come on down to our arable farm in Holbrook for a look at what we are growing and how. Come and meet some local livestock, see some modern and vintage machinery, and bring your burning questions for our shed of industry experts! Don’t miss a tractor and trailer tour of the farm too. We’ll have plenty of food and drink on offer, and games for all ages to have a go at. We charge the small fee of £3 per person to enter, as we are keen fundraisers for the local air ambulance charity. Please try to pre-book your tickets with the above link! There will be lots to see and do, so come and join us for a fun day down on the farm. About this farm: Woodlands Farm is a family run arable farm growing mainly chipping potatoes, wheat, winter & spring barley, oilseed rape, sugar beet and onions, with other diversifications such as our farm shop. Currently farming 650+ acres on the Shotley Peninsula, we are keen on our protection of the environment and the wildlife of the farm, so we're participating in the mid-tier stewardship scheme. A relaxed creative evening. Draw and/or write, and socialise, no experience needed. We have been trying something new for a few months. If you like the idea of what we are trying to do, please become part of it and help get it off the ground. Drink, Draw, Write is a relaxed monthly creative social meet up. Bring your sketchbook (or just yourself), have a drink, and spend a couple of hours drawing, writing, and unwinding in good company. This is not a class as such, but an opportunity to mark some time in your diary to be creative. Each session includes: – A theme and prompts to get you going creatively (unless you already have your own project on the way, we will not hold you back) – Inspirational reference material – Pens, paper, and some other art supplies to borrow, but we encourage you to bring your own favorites.
