An afternoon to slow down, soften, and come back to yourself in the company of like minded others. As we move into the early days of summer, this gathering offers a gentle pause. A chance to step away from the usual pace of life and into something more spacious, embodied, and connected. We begin with a guided somatic yoga practice . This will be slow, accessible, and focused on reconnecting with the body through breath, sensation, and simple movement. From here, we will transition to a private sauna session. At the sauna, you’ll be invited into a gentle rhythm of heat, cold, and rest in small groups. This is a space to soften, release, and reconnect both inwardly and with the elements. There will be time to rest, reflect, or quietly connect while waiting for your sauna session or afterwards. We’ll then close the afternoon with a short, grounded circle, allowing time to integrate and gently return before heading home. What’s included: Opening circle + gentle arrival Somatic yoga practice Private sauna experience (in small groups) - we will have exclusive access to the sauna, cold tub and outdoor space at this time Space for rest, reflection, and quiet connection Closing circle Light refreshments (herbal tea + seasonal fruit) This gathering may be for you if you: Are craving a slower, more grounded pace Want to reconnect with your body in a gentle way Are looking for community without pressure or intensity Need space to reset, breathe, and unwind Details: Sunday 7th June...
