Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Somatic Unwinding Unwind, restore, and reset with 90 minutes of deep rest. This session is an invitation to step out of the usual pace of life and into a slower, more supported space where your body can soften, your nervous system can settle, and you can simply be. We’ll begin with gentle restorative yoga , using props to fully support the body in rest. From here, you’ll be guided into somatic unwinding practices , allowing space to release tension and reconnect with subtle sensation. The session will close with Yoga Nidra - a guided meditation designed to bring you into a state of deep rest, somewhere between waking and sleeping, where the body can restore and the mind can quieten. This is a quiet, nourishing space. There is nothing to achieve, nowhere to get to, just an opportunity to rest more deeply than you might usually allow.
