Friday 10th July | 6:30–8:30pm | Calver End your week with movement, nature, and a chance to shake off the dust of the week gone by. We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation and grounding practice, giving space to slow down, arrive, and transition out of work mode and into weekend mode. From there, we’ll head out into the beauty of Calver for a mindful walk and/or wild swim (weather dependent), taking in summer skies, fresh air, and the restorative power of nature. We’ll then come together for Shake the Dust - an uplifting movement practice combining free movement, somatic exploration, and music to help release stress, shift stagnant energy, reconnect with your body, and awaken a sense of aliveness and joy. Expect summer evening vibes, community, movement, nature, and space to breathe. No experience needed - come exactly as you are. Bring warm layers, swim things if you'd like to dip, comfortable clothing to move in, and an open mind.
