With many dishes easily prepared in advance, tapas is ideal to serve at a party, but are equally delicious as a complete lunch or supper with family or friends. Learn to cook fabulous authentic Spanish cuisine, but also ways to introduce it into your everyday cooking! If you want to be transported to Spain come and join us for this fantastic course Course Overview Duration: 10:00-13:00 Tutors: Rupert Cooper – Head Tutor Maximum student to tutor ratio: 8-1 Welcome: Meet your tutors and see for yourself the Philleigh Way farmhouse cookery school and garden. Enjoy a morning tea or coffee and tasty Philleigh Way treat. The Day: The course includes five demonstrations and three practical sessions. All equipment, aprons, food and drink is provided throughout the day. Close: Have a chat with fellow course attendees and members of the Philleigh Way team. This is a guide to the days activities and may vary depending on the season as well as the group’s interest.
