Mexican Street Food

Mexican street food, called antojitos (literally “little cravings”), is prepared by street vendors and at small traditional markets in Mexico, it’s said that Mexican’s eat at least one meal a week on the street. Combination of hands-on cooking and demonstration. Eat as you cook and takeaway your creations. You will leave with tips and tricks to cook more delicious of what you might cook: All classes can be adapted to most allergies & preferences, just let us know in the notes when booking. Cheesy Beef Quesadilla (spicy beef, melted cheese, golden-brown and crispy tortilla) Homemade tacos (small Mexican flatbread, you will learn how to make these from scratch) Elote Corn (loaded with sour cream, cheese, spices and herbs) Spiced Chicken Jalapeno and Lime Slaw (crunchy and slightly pickled) What’s included: Free Drink on arrival. Additional beverages can be purchased at the bar. All ingredients provided, you will eat as you cook and take home the additional dishes, bring containers or use our simple ones. Copies of the recipes will be emailed to you after the class. The added bonus is the washing up is all done for you! Skill Level: All Abilities

Cooking Together - Middle Eastern

A Cooking Together Experience is as much about chatting and relaxing as they are about learning and eating – the perfect blend of meal out and cookery class, we call it sociable foodie fun. One ticket is for 2 people, and you will cook your meal together. Enjoy canapés and a complimentary beverage on arrival, Chef will guide you through creating your meal, sharing their knowledge and love of food with cooking and presentation tips so you can take Instagram worthy foodie photo’s. You will then sit down to eat your meal in the company of others in our dining area. Example dishes: For allergies & dietaries let us know in the booking notes. You cook the same ingredients in your pair. Starter: Khobz Flat Bread, Lamb Arayes, and Sumac Yoghurt Main: Chicken Shawarma with Pomegranate Molasses, Batata Hara, Fetoush Salad and Tahini Dressing. Cake Decorating - Drip Cake & Piping Skills

Learn the essential skills of professional cake decorating in this hands-on workshop with Victoria. You’ll master how to level, fill, crumb-coat and finish a cake from start to perfection. Explore a range of buttercream techniques, from creating smooth, sharp edges to elegant piping and drip designs. With expert guidance throughout, you’ll have the freedom to add your own creative flair — designing a cake that’s uniquely yours. Skills you will learn: Learn to stack, dowel and prepare a pre-made cake ready for decorating. Buttercream Icing for a professional smooth finish. Creating the perfect drip in your choice of colour. Buttercream decorating skills – flowers and swirls. Victoria will show you piping techniques to create different shapes, you choose which to put onto your cake. You’ll leave with a beautifully finished cake – please bring a sturdy bag or box for transport. What’s included: Tea, coffee and refreshments throughout the day All ingredients, equipment and gift-wrap Your decorated cake to take home (please bring suitable containers) Full workshop notes emailed after the class Best of all, we take care of the washing up!
