Sun Spiral Peace Circle with Susannah Andrews

A series of family yoga workshops following the wheel of the year, an opportunity for adults and children to connect with the seasons, weaving nature-themed yoga poses (like flowers, trees, or animals), breathwork, creative storytelling as a guided relaxation to foster family bonding and connection to the season's growth and balance. These workshops often feature themes of shedding winter's heaviness, welcoming light, and planting seeds for the future, using movement, music, and mindfulness to energize and ground participants for the warmer months. We end the session singing and celebrating nature gifts and chant for a peaceful world. 20th June - Sun Spiral Peace Circle A summer solstice gathering, welcoming warmer days with community bonding in joyful movements, songs, and games to connect with natural rhythms. The session ends with storytelling, chants and mantras, bring your own drum, some instruments provided. Bring your own drum, some instruments are provided. Book here

The Longest Light ~ A Summer Solstice Ceremony with Christie-Rose Anicca

Join us for a Solstice Ceremony on the longest day of the year. An afternoon of movement, presence and connection curated by Casa Anicca. This is a space to slow down & breathe into the next chapter - as the sun reaches its fullest expression. The afternoon will unfold as follows: • Arrivals & Welcome • Nourishing Yin Yoga to soften and open the body • Cacao Ceremony with guided intention setting • Sound Bath • A gentle closing circle The ceremony will end at 4:30pm. There is an optional beach walk afterwards for those who want to enjoy the sea air before heading home. I will be walking to the beach, grabbing food and watching the waves to close the day and would love you to join. What to bring: Blanket for the beach (if you are joining the beach walk afterwards) Something warm Snacks Water Journal No previous experience is needed. Sun Salutation Workshop with Carolina Pressanto

Just as the summer arrives and the Sun is at its peak, come join me in exploring how to go deeper into the Sun Salutation sequence! We will go through adjustments and how we can all enjoy the full benefits of this energizing practice, followed by 12 rounds of Sun Salutation - representing the 12 solar phases of the year. We will then move on to an extended relaxation, where you will be guided through a restorative practice. We will conclude by studying the symbolism of Arati, the Light Ceremony, just before we perform it together. Arati is a wonderful devotional practice that involves the chanting of mantras, burning of incense and the waving of a candle, symbolizing the light of Knowledge. We will finally share a light snack (fruits) and reflect on what we have experienced during the workshop. Join me in saluting the Sun and celebrating its glorious Light this summer solstice!
