Join teacher and somatic therapist Holly Sutcliffe for 75 minutes embodied exploration of the body-mind. This monthly class is for those who want greater access to and awareness of their own body. It is not a work-out. You are unlikely to sweat. But there is great potential for things to shift in your body.
