Through gentle guided invitations, mindful walking and moments of quiet reflection, participants will be encouraged to notice the colours, textures, sounds and seasonal changes unfolding within the landscape. The walk will weave through woodland and surrounding natural spaces before arriving at Emmetts Garden Café for a warming hot drink and cake, offering an opportunity for rest, conversation and community connection before a relaxed return walk back to Toys Hill. Designed to be accessible and welcoming, this experience is not about fitness or hiking pace, but about slowing down enough to truly notice and reconnect with the natural world around us. Participants often leave feeling calmer, more grounded, mentally refreshed and deeply restored by the experience.
