Thursday nights at The Addison Centre in Bedford are where the week really starts to feel good. Our beginner class kicks off at 7:30pm — no partner or experience needed. The intermediate class follows, and then it’s freestyle dancing until 10:30pm with a fantastic mix of music to keep you moving. Zest Friday Freestyle

Zest freestyle at The Addison Centre in Bedford Join us for a fantastic Ceroc dance night at The Addison Centre, your go-to venue in the heart of Bedfordshire. We’ve recently renovated, featuring a new sprung floor, upgraded lighting, and an enhanced sound system to elevate your experience. The music is generally upbeat with a mix of classic and modern Ceroc-friendly tracks played throughout the evening. Doors open at 7:45pm, with the last track played at 11:45pm. Our licensed bar will be open on Fridays, serving soft and alcoholic drinks. To support the bar, please don’t bring your own refreshments. Complimentary tea and coffee will still be available at 10 p.m. *£12 Pay at the door with cash or credit card* **As a thank you to our weekly class night dancers, we offer a substantial discount for members who dance back-to-back on Thursday & Friday evenings for a combined price of £16. Moondance in Bedford

Moondance is back at Bedford Our Blues & Swing friendly freestyle returns to The Addison Centre on Friday, 14th August. For our long-time dancers, there’ll be plenty to get nostalgic about. For everyone else, it’s a chance to enjoy the best of what’s new on the scene. The music will move through the gears during the night, from upbeat favourites to smoother tracks, with the final half hour gently winding things down. Bedford Soul Train Freestyle

Back by public demand, Soul Train theme nights are Soul, Funk, and Disco-inspired dance events with an energetic, uptempo vibe throughout. The Motown era is beloved by many in the dance community, and we wish to pay homage to the very best of the music that lit up the charts from back in the day. The Addison Centre has a licensed bar taking both cash and card payments. In addition, around 10 pm, we serve complimentary teas, coffee and light bites to keep your energy up. The hall has brand new sprung flooring and excellent acoustics. There is a large private car park. Doors open at 7:45 pm, and music runs from 7:45 pm to 11:45 pm. You don’t need to worry about booking in advance. Entrance is £12 on the door, payable by card or cash. Rachel will be your door host, and music will be courtesy of DJ Marc.
