Moondance is back by popular demand — Bedford’s Blues & Swing friendly freestyle returns to The Addison Centre on Friday, 1st May. For our long-time dancers, plenty to get nostalgic about. For everyone else, the best of what’s new on the scene. Music tempo varies throughout the night — from upbeat to smooth, winding down in the final half hour. The licensed bar will be open all evening for soft and alcoholic drinks. Free teas and coffee from 10pm as always. £12 — pay on the door, cash or card The Addison Centre, Addison Howard Park, Kempston, MK42 8PN Coming Thursday AND Friday? Thursday nights at The Addison Centre in Bedford are where the week really starts to feel good. Come along for an evening of modern jive dancing — whether you’re stepping onto the dance floor for the first time or you’re a seasoned dancer, there’s something here for you. Our beginner class kicks off at 7:30pm — no partner or experience needed. The intermediate class follows, and then it’s freestyle dancing until 10:30pm with a fantastic mix of music to keep you moving. Bedford’s Thursday night scene is buzzing — a warm, welcoming crowd who love nothing more than a good dance. Come and see for yourself.
