Summer Solstice Labyrinth Mini-Retreat

Summer Solstice LabyrinthEssex Unitarian Church Led by Rev. Dr. Jane Blackall Our mini-retreats provide an opportunity to take some time out of everyday life and spend a quiet afternoon in gently guided personal reflection. Each mini-retreat is carefully created to prompt focused exploration of our own lives and aspects of our spiritual journey. These sessions typically last three hours, allowing time for solo reflection, and also for sharing your insights with others. Sign up with Jane () to participate as spaces will be limited. We will need you to take off your shoes to walk the labyrinth so please bring socks with you!

Join us at Pocket FuseThis workshop will help us: Build an understanding of gender identity, gender expression & gender non-conforming identities Increase understanding of the health and wellbeing needs and experiences for Trans & Non-Binary people Increase our understanding of the key barriers that impact Trans & Non-Binary people Learn more about what Trans & Non-Binary discrimination is, why it happens and what the impact is Grow our ability to become stronger allies to Trans & Non-Binary friends, family, colleagues or loved ones Nikki Hayden The workshop is led by Nikki Hayden; a Psychological wellbeing practitioner working with the Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. She is a clinical supervor and LGBTQ+ lead. She is a leader in and an advocate for the transgender community.
