About this event
Join us at Pocket FuseThis workshop will help us: Build an understanding of gender identity, gender expression & gender non-conforming identities Increase understanding of the health and wellbeing needs and experiences for Trans & Non-Binary people Increase our understanding of the key barriers that impact Trans & Non-Binary people Learn more about what Trans & Non-Binary discrimination is, why it happens and what the impact is Grow our ability to become stronger allies to Trans & Non-Binary friends, family, colleagues or loved ones This workshop will be led by the Pastor at the Metropolitan Community Church (MCC) in North London. They are a prominent non-binary, transgender minister who actively advocates for radical inclusion, LGBTQ+ affirming theology, and trans inclusion within the church. In 2017, they made history by becoming the Associate Pastor at the Village MCC in Brighton, making headlines as one of the UK’s first openly non-binary, transgender pastors.
