This weekly class combines simple dance moves with upbeat music to help participants connect with their bodies and enjoy the rhythm. No dance experience is needed — just bring your energy and join in. Perfect for all fitness levels, the focus is on joy, self-expression and overall wellbeing. The sessions are led by dancer, choreographer and Pilates teacher Ellie Rowan, who brings over a decade of professional experience performing and creating work across the globe. Her passion for movement extends beyond the stage, and she is dedicated to helping others build strength and maintain mobility. Alongside her career, Ellie is a proud mother of two young boys, who continue to inspire her with their energy and creativity.

Our incredibly talented in-house choreographer Ellie Rowan will be hosting her industry-level jazz class in our dance studio. Ellie trained at London Studio Centre, gaining her BA (Hons) in Theatre Dance. From performing on cruise ships to quickly progressing to Rehearsal Director, she brings a wealth of experience across all dance genres, as well as extensive teaching and choreographing expertise.

The Pavilion Shanty Choir

Join a brand-new singing group dedicated to exploring sea shanties and maritime music, celebrating the rich musical heritage of East Anglia's fishermen and sailors from days gone by. We'll meet and sing at the Pavilion Theatre in Gorleston, just a stone's throw from the Norfolk shoreline—close enough for the rhythm of the waves to lend their own accompaniment to our voices. This group will celebrate the music of our local seafaring communities, bringing to life the folk songs they created to share stories, mark the passing of time at sea, and preserve their culture. Led by Paul and Stephen of The Rogue Shanty Buoys—a professional sea shanty group with over a decade of experience - the group is part of a wider cultural and arts/heritage research project run by their not-for-profit arts organisation, The Voice cLoud. With a passion for keeping maritime music alive, they'll guide you through a stirring and spirited repertoire. Sign up to come along and sing traditional sea shanties, whaling songs, naval ballads, work songs, foc'sle tunes, and romantic ballads of roguish ne'er-do-wells. Expect tales of shipwrecks, smuggling, seafarers, and even the occasional murder ballad - all wrapped in evocative melodies of a bygone era. Fortnightly on a Tuesday, 1:30pm-3pm.

Jerry Lee Lewis was undoubtedly the first wild man of rock!! This exhilarating and fast paced show tells the story of the star’s meteoric rise to stardom and his equally fast fall from grace before regaining his crown as the most exciting live performer the world has ever witnessed. Peter Gill - the UK’s No.1 tribute to the Killer is supported on stage by his live band and he is thrilled that they are back in theatres across the country in 2025/2026 in a revamped and even better format than when it last toured in 2015. Bad Monkey Promotions is pleased to bring you Shaun Wallace’s Brand New Show “The Return of The Dark Destroyer”. In this unique show hear Shaun, one of the series original Chasers, tell his stories from the show, including how he became a Chaser, and also stories from his forty plus years as a barrister! PLUS! Martin often appeared on his father’s TV show and later went on to present 2 seasons of Game For a Laugh and Lingo as well as appearing for five seasons on the Les Dennis Laughter Show. He has performed five times on the Children's Royal Variety Show and is a member of the Grand Order Of Water Rats, which is the oldest and most exclusive theatrical fraternity in the world.
