A fun, feel-good dance class designed to lift your mood, boost your energy and help you de-stress. Move your body, lift your mood, and boost your energy! This weekly class combines simple dance moves with upbeat music to help participants connect with their bodies and enjoy the rhythm. No dance experience is needed — just bring your energy and join in. Perfect for all fitness levels, the focus is on joy, self-expression and overall wellbeing. The sessions are led by dancer, choreographer and Pilates teacher Ellie Rowan, who brings over a decade of professional experience performing and creating work across the globe. Her passion for movement extends beyond the stage, and she is dedicated to helping others build strength and maintain mobility. Alongside her career, Ellie is a proud mother of two young boys, who continue to inspire her with their energy and creativity.
