What happens in the session You will be guided into a state of deep relaxation as the resonant frequencies of Crystal Singing Bowls wash over you – each bowl tuned to correspond with one of the body’s seven chakra energy centres. SUP Yoga at Crystal Lake is a one-hour session blending Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga on a stand up paddleboard, set on the calm, natural waters of our Lincolnshire lake. Each class weaves together movement, strength and flexibility work alongside pranayama breathing techniques and meditation — leaving you feeling both energised and completely at ease. Practising on the water adds a whole new dimension to your yoga. The board responds to every movement, quietly deepening your focus and body awareness in a way that a studio floor simply can’t replicate.
