4 Elements Retreat

A relaxing and uplifting day retreat balancing the elemental energies of fire, air, earth and water through movement, meditation, breathwork and crystals. Set against the beautiful water of Crystal Lake and ancient woodland beyond, this is a day to slow down, reconnect and restore. No experience needed. All abilities are welcome. Set on our beautiful purpose-built lake in Lincolnshire, with easy ramped entry and exit, it’s a brilliant experience for all ages and abilities — from complete beginners to those who’ve been curious for a while and finally want to give it a go. SUP Yoga

Two of the most grounding things you can do — yoga and being on the water. We combined them. SUP Yoga at Crystal Lake is a one-hour session blending Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga on a stand up paddleboard, set on the calm, natural waters of our Lincolnshire lake. Each class weaves together movement, strength and flexibility work alongside pranayama breathing techniques and meditation — leaving you feeling both energised and completely at ease. Practising on the water adds a whole new dimension to your yoga. The board responds to every movement, quietly deepening your focus and body awareness in a way that a studio floor simply can’t replicate. It’s challenging, calming and genuinely unlike anything else.
