Learn to SUP at Crystal Lake is a 2-hour introductory session covering everything you need to get confidently onto a stand up paddleboard. Set on our beautiful purpose-built lake in Lincolnshire, with easy ramped entry and exit, it’s a brilliant experience for all ages and abilities — from complete beginners to those who’ve been curious for a while and finally want to give it a go. Once you have your confidence, weekly paddling sessions are available where you can bring your own SUP or hire one of ours for 50 minutes, taking in the scenery and nature at your own pace. SUP Yoga at Crystal Lake is a one-hour session blending Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga on a stand up paddleboard, set on the calm, natural waters of our Lincolnshire lake. Each class weaves together movement, strength and flexibility work alongside pranayama breathing techniques and meditation — leaving you feeling both energised and completely at ease. Practising on the water adds a whole new dimension to your yoga. The board responds to every movement, quietly deepening your focus and body awareness in a way that a studio floor simply can’t replicate. It’s challenging, calming and genuinely unlike anything else.
