This class is a natural progression from the Falls Prevention class to maintain your fitness, technique and connection (+ social time). Not currently NHS-funded so there is a small £5 charge per session to cover venue and staffing costs.

Run by Elder Tree Active Lives, these evidence-based classes are for people aged 65+ who have experienced a fall or feel unsteady. GP referral required.
