Maintenance Strength & Balance

A gentle, focused session open to all, with a mix of seated, standing and balance exercises adapted to your needs. This class is a natural progression from the Falls Prevention class to maintain your fitness, technique and connection (+ social time). Not currently NHS-funded so there is a small £5 charge per session to cover venue and staffing costs.

Falls Prevention Class (morning session)

A free 24-week NHS programme to help reduce the risk of falls and improve balance, strength and confidence. Run by Elder Tree Active Lives, these evidence-based classes are for people aged 65+ who have experienced a fall or feel unsteady. GP referral required. Includes refreshments and social time after the class.
