Friday 26th June at 7pm is the date for this season’s finale of Run the Seasons. If last year’s event is anything to go by, this will be the highlight of the series. Set above Cowdray’s world class polo field and overlooking the Cowdray Ruins and the South Downs, we’ll have a BBQ and bar/marquee open to celebrate the end of the series and present Cowdray’s luxury hampers to the lucky winners. The run will take you around the famous Cowdray Polo Lawns and out to Heyshott Common. Runners will have the choice of taking on either a 10km, 5km or a dog-friendly  course across the stunning grounds of Cowdray Estate and the South Downs National Park. Overall winners and series league positions will be decided on a points system with the top three results counting towards the 10km title. Competitors receive a unique medal that interlocks into a four-piece set and free photos. We’ll also be dishing out numerous spot prizes as runners cross the finish line. Sign up here. The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year—a moment of peak light, energy, and growth, traditionally seen as a time to reflect and realign. Celebrated on the same day, International Yoga Day beautifully complements this, inviting connection through mindful movement and stillness, and encouraging balance, clarity, and renewed intention. , you’ll be guided through an uplifting outdoor yoga session as the sun rises with Roxy Ayling, followed by a nourishing buffet breakfast and an inspiring seasonal talk: Living in Alignment with Summer: Energy, Expansion & Intention. An exploration of what the Summer Solstice represents, both in nature and in ourselves. We’ll tap into the energy of the season, growth, openness and possibility, with a short moment of reflection and a few simple ways to carry that feeling into the months ahead. This year, the occasion holds even greater significance as it coincides with Father’s Day.
