Whether you want to shop online, manage your banking securely, or join a Zoom call with family and friends, our Digital Skills Support sessions will help you build the knowledge you need. You’ll learn the basics of using a computer, tablet, or mobile phone. All appointments are in a friendly and relaxed environment. We cover practical topics such as: – Online shopping and safe payment methods – Online banking and managing accounts securely – Using Zoom to stay in touch with loved ones and join virtual meetings – Tips for staying safe online and spotting scams These one-to-one appointments are tailored to your needs. You can go at your own pace and focus on what matters most to you. Whether you’re completely new to technology or want to improve existing skills, we’ll guide you step-by-step. As part of our wider support for unpaid carers in North and North East Lincolnshire, we can also provide free, confidential help and advice for your caring role.
