Widely regarded as one of the best Bon Jovi tributes in the world, Wrong Jovi are now in their twelfth year of touring, with shows ranging from the Isle of Wight to Abu Dhabi, plus appearances on BBC, ITV and Sky Arts. Even former Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora has personally thanked the band for their hard work and unforgettable performances. Winners of Best Tribute Artist at both the National Entertainment Awards and the Northern Entertainment Awards, Wrong Jovi have well and truly earned their reputation as the ultimate tribute to New Jersey’s finest stadium rock band. We’re delighted to announce THE SMYTHS are back on tour and joining us one more at Club 85 following their sell out show at the venue in 2025. To mark the 40th anniversary of The Queen Is Dead, their 2026 tour features the album performed with all the love and detail it deserves- including: The Queen Is Dead, Frankly / Mr. Shankly / I Know It’s Over / Never Had No One Ever / Cemetery Gates / Bigmouth Strikes Again / The Boy With The Thorn In His Side / Vicar In A Tutu / There Is A Light That Never Goes Out, / Some Girls Are Bigger Than Others. The night will then conclude with a “best of” set covering the classic Smiths catalogue. With over 20 years of shows behind them and 900+ live dates across Europe and Australia, The Smyths faithfully and effortlessly bring the music of The Smiths back to life, imagining how the band might sound today, four decades on. Mark Chadwick (Levellers) + Guests7:30pm Friday 12th June, Club 85, Hitchin We are very pleased to be welcoming Levellers frontman and chief songwriter, Mark Chadwick back to Club 85 Hitchin for a special, intimate show. One of the UK’s most successful songwriters, Mark Chadwick, has co-written 20 chart singles and 6 Top 40 albums (including a Number 1) as part of the Levellers, the band he has fronted for over 25 years. Still going strong, the Levellers are festival favourites and have cemented their cherished status with headline performances at Glastonbury, Isle Of Wight, Cambridge Folk Festival, Bestival and Boomtown and many European and UK events and in 2003 they successfully created their own annual Beautiful Days Festival which takes place in August at Escot Park in Devon. During this time Mark has released two solo albums ‘All the Pieces’ and ‘Moment’ and his upfront and personal solo performance will see him play a mixture of material from these albums and Levellers classics. Be warned, Mark will have you up dancing!
