A calm, child-led space for you and your little one. If you’re looking for a group that feels like a sanctuary rather than a whirlwind, join us. We offer a low-stimulation environment where the pace is slow and the welcome is warm. A mix of high-quality resources (natural and versatile toys) that let your child’s imagination take the lead. No loud music or overwhelming noise—perfect for children who like to focus and parents who prefer a calmer atmosphere. A friendly, non-cliquey space to meet other parents at your own pace. No pressure to “perform,” just a supportive community and a hot drink. Hosted by experienced Early Childhood Educators. Drop in, settle in, and breathe. Vinyasa Yoga Thursdays with Melissa Porter

Join Melissa Porter in the beautiful Carthouse for Vinyasa Yoga. Expect a gentle warm up, building to some flowing yoga sequences balanced with restorative poses. All classes end with a few moments in silent meditation and a deep relaxation to leave you feeling grounded and calm. As part of this class is dynamic it is aimed at people who can get up from and down to the ground with ease. If you would like to discuss whether this is the right class for you please get in touch for a chat. Vinyasa classes on Mondays and Fridays at 9:30am, and Thursdays at 6pm. Thursday classes are taught on alternate weeks by Melissa or Jo. Please book , where you will also find the live calendar with up to date availability.
