Join Melissa Porter in the beautiful Carthouse for Vinyasa Yoga. Expect a gentle warm up, building to some flowing yoga sequences balanced with restorative poses. All classes end with a few moments in silent meditation and a deep relaxation to leave you feeling grounded and calm. As part of this class is dynamic it is aimed at people who can get up from and down to the ground with ease. If you would like to discuss whether this is the right class for you please get in touch for a chat. Vinyasa classes on Mondays and Fridays at 9:30am, and Thursdays at 6pm.
