Children’s Ceramic Class Sat 6th and 13th June, 10am - 11:30am In this class, children will learn how to make a flower shapes bird feeder and 2 small insect water stations in the first class. In the second class, children will paint all of their creations in UV acrylic paint to attract insects, bees and butterflies in the garden. Silver ring making: Sunday

Silver ring making Host: Ruth Patterson Cost: £39 In this workshop you will learn to create your very own simple sterling silver ring. Working with sterling silver we will use traditional jewellery making techniques to create a beautiful silver band ring for you to wear and take home. We will learn to size your ring and add texture the surface, the ring will then be soldered, after which you will clean, finish and polish your ring so that you can wear it . The course cost includes materials for one silver ring. Suitable for those aged 16 years and over. No previous jewellery experience is necessary, all materials to make your ring are supplied and all tools needed for the class will be provided for use during the workshop. As we will be working with tools, loose clothing should be avoided, closed toe shoes should be worn, if you have long hair it should be worn tied back and please remember to bring glasses if needed as we will be working with small objects. The workshop takes place on the first floor, tea and coffee will be available. What We Need From You: Your name, email address and telephone number.
