Giselle has spent much of her life living and cooking in Andalusia in southern Spain. Giselle worked and trained in kitchens from her teens and has worked as a chef ever since. Coming from a family with a long line of chefs, you can imagine the beautiful recipes and stories that she has inherited. Tapas is a very fun and informal way of eating in Spain. It consists of a series of small dishes, usually shared around the table, and does not have the structure of a normal meal (like a starter or main course), but is more about grazing and chatting with friends.
