Join us on 18 July for an 80s disco night packed with feel-good favourites, sing-along anthems, and that unmistakable retro energy. Whether you’re a child of the 80s or just love a good boogie, this is your moment to shine. Gong-Bath Event

Gong-Bath at Landguard Fort — our very first one Unwind inside the Fort’s calm, historic walls and let the gentle echoes of this remarkable place wrap around you. It’s a chance to slow down, breathe, and settle into a space that has held centuries of stories. A Gong-Bath is a deeply relaxing, immersive meditation where you simply lie back and “bathe” in soothing sound waves and vibrations. No water involved — just you, your comfort, and the resonant tones of the gongs. Let the sound carry you, as if drifting through whispers of the past. Join Lindsey Franklin for an experience beyond anything else, unwind and reset. Tickets are limited: £15 per person, with every penny supporting the Fort. What to bring: Loose, comfy layers; a pillow; cushions; a sleeping bag; and a mat to lie on. Afterwards, stay for a warm cup of tea in our historic café and share your experience with us. Let the Fort fill with the sweet sound of Music. Felixstowe School returns to Landguard Fort with another uplifting Gala Concert, building on last year’s wonderful evening which helped raise valuable funds for the fort. Enjoy a relaxed summer night as the school’s Landguard Band fills the parade ground with music while the sun sets. The Choir, Rock Bands and a talented line‑up of soloists once again come together to create a vibrant mix of performances for every taste. Doors open 6pm Concert starts at 7pm
