Gong-Bath at Landguard Fort — our very first one Unwind inside the Fort’s calm, historic walls and let the gentle echoes of this remarkable place wrap around you. It’s a chance to slow down, breathe, and settle into a space that has held centuries of stories. A Gong-Bath is a deeply relaxing, immersive meditation where you simply lie back and “bathe” in soothing sound waves and vibrations. No water involved — just you, your comfort, and the resonant tones of the gongs. Let the sound carry you, as if drifting through whispers of the past. Join Lindsey Franklin for an experience beyond anything else, unwind and reset. Tickets are limited: £15 per person, with every penny supporting the Fort. What to bring: Loose, comfy layers; a pillow; cushions; a sleeping bag; and a mat to lie on. Afterwards, stay for a warm cup of tea in our historic café and share your experience with us.
