Floating Sound Healing

Let stillness surround you, and sound gently guide you home to yourself. Sink into deep rest as you recline on a soft air bed, drifting just on the surface of warm, tranquil water. Wrapped in a blanket, head resting on a pillow, you’ll be gently held in a candlelit pool space — the atmosphere calm, quiet, and deeply nourishing. As you lie back and let go, the healing tones of crystal singing bowls fill the air, their vibrations rippling through water and body alike. Guided by a professional sound healer, this session combines the restorative properties of water, sound, and stillness to calm your nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and bring you back to balance. There’s no movement required — just breathe, receive, and allow yourself to be soothed. Open to all ages 16+ What to Expect: A warm indoor pool setting, softly lit with candles Air beds, blankets, and pillows for comfort and support Live sound healing with crystal singing bowls A guided, deeply restorative experience in a safe, held space What to Bring: Comfortable clothing (you’ll remain fully clothed — we recommend rolling up trousers) A towel and a change of clothes (just in case of splashes) A quiet mind or a restless one — both are welcome Car park, changing rooms, and waiting area on-site. This is a chance to truly pause — to rest not just the body, but the mind and spirit. Slow down. Be held. Let the sound do the work. Spaces are limited to maintain an intimate, peaceful environment.
