Family Wild Magic: Magic & Mindfulness Friday 24th July | 10:00am – 12:00pm £15 per person Suitable for adults and children aged 5+ (all children must be accompanied by an adult). Slow down, breathe deeply and discover the magic of being present. Our final Crystal Week workshop brings together nature, creativity and wellbeing in a peaceful family experience designed to help everyone leave feeling calm, connected and inspired. Together we’ll create beautiful nature magic wands using seasonal materials before exploring simple mindfulness techniques that both adults and children can use in everyday life. We’ll spend time reflecting through gentle journalling, share positive affirmations, and finish with a deeply relaxing sound healing journey surrounded by the peaceful atmosphere of the cabin. Afterwards we’ll gather together to enjoy homemade cake, herbal teas and refreshments before saying goodbye to Crystal Week.
