Wednesday Cavern Club General Admission

Start time: 11:00 Step into The Cavern Club and kick off International Beatleweek in the most legendary live music venue on the planet. Join us on Day 1 as we ease into a week of non-stop, electrifying celebrations of music, style, and retro Beatleweek vibes. From morning ‘til midnight, the Cavern comes alive with bands and artists from across the globe — a brand-new act every hour across our three iconic stages: the Front Room, the Live Lounge, and The Cavern Pub just across the road. Days 1 and 2 (Wednesday and Thursday) are well-known festival arrival days — the perfect warm-up before the headline programme from Friday to Tuesday. If you’re here for the full week, it’s also the ideal time to explore Liverpool’s incredible attractions, soak up the city’s culture, or jump on the Magical Mystery Tour to discover the Beatles’ Liverpool. Please note: Cavern Club entry on Wednesday and Thursday isn’t included in any ticket package, but you can easily add these Fringe Day tickets to your basket when booking. Fleetwood Bac

FLEETWOOD BAC were the world’s first and are regarded as the UK’s most authentic Fleetwood Mac Tribute show, raved about by Peter Green’s biographer, and were the first Fleetwood Mac tribute band to fully replicate the classic Stevie, Lindsey, Christine, John & Mick ‘Rumours’ line-up. Over the many years Fleetwood Bac have been together the band has received rave reviews from ‘The Stage’ newspaper, the U.K.s leading Fleetwood Mac fansites, the official Stevie Nicks website; and from ecstatic audiences wherever the band played, wowing audiences as far afield as Dubai, St. Tropez, the Cayman Islands and Monte Carlo, and twice selling out the world-famous Minack Theatre in Cornwall. Fleetwood Bac has also been rated by The Times newspaper as one of the U.K.’s top 5 tributes, alongside The Bootleg Beatles, Bjorn Again and the Counterfeit Stones. Fans have included original Mac bassist and biographer Bob Brunning, who joined the band several times on stage, and Peter Green’s official biographer Martin Celmins. The sound, the look, the mystical atmosphere and on-stage chemistry are all portrayed with passion and energy, the band have built up an excellent reputation amongst Mac fans through numerous tours, festival appearances, corporate events and TV and radio slots all over the U.K. and Europe. The Epstein Theatre will be rocking when it celebrates 64 years of Merseybeat with songs and stories from ‘Some Other Guys’, the 9 strong cast includes four original artists, who were playing the Liverpool venues throughout the 1960’s. Tony Coates from the Liverpool Express, The Merseys and the Merseybeats, Pete Maclaine, original front man of with the Dakotas and later Pete Maclaine and the Clan, Ian Goodall from Tony D and the Shakeouts and legendary drummer Alan Noone, The Riot Squad, combine 325 years of experiences to bring authenticity, stories and great live music to the show that sold out across the North West. In 2013, Manfred Kuhlmann published an anthology of bands that were part of the Merseybeat era. Together with his previous publication “Beat Waves Across the Mersey” Manfred catalogued more than 750 Merseybeat groups in over 900 pages. Alan Noone, playing with ‘The Riot Squad’ in 1962, features on the cover of the revised 2021 version of ‘Some Other Guys’ and it was his idea to create this show to pay homage to the Merseybeat musicians, so they may not be forgotten. They say that if you remember the 60s, you weren’t there. Here is an opportunity to experience, or remember, the music that changed the world!

Onóir

Donegal-based vocal group Onóir are a modern Irish folk quartet, who sing male vocal harmony-focused songs and musical arrangements. The band has over 175,000 followers across all social platforms and has been continuously on tour with their sell-out theatre show since March of 2023 with over 40,000 people having experienced the show. Onóir continue to sell-out venues in record time as their impassioned audiences are taken on a musical odyssey. Formed in August of 2020, when four Donegal musicians; Tom McHugh, Declan Gaughan, Deane Connaghan, and Diarmaid McGee, joined forces to create a contemporary version of the famous Irish folk ballad; “The Auld Triangle”, the music video for which went on to be seen by over 3.5 million people worldwide. Onóir’s new “Brotherhood” Tour takes the latest evolution of their theatre show all across Ireland, The UK, Scotland, Europe, and The USA throughout 2026. As an affinity space for our creative Black and Global Majority community, I connected and networked as well. A special treat and I highly recommended" "First yoga session, that was held at the Music Room in the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic was very special for multiple reasons. Beforehand, it was apparent from stepping into the door that I was very much welcome in the space, which was a very important thing for me as I have never tried yoga before. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. The session itself was really relaxing. It was a stressful time of the year for me as I was preparing for auditions at the time. Taking part in the yoga session relaxed my mind and released a lot of the tension that I was holding in my body. The highlight was the masterful display of piano improvisation that was performed throughout the session. I noticed as Andrew was improvising, he was able to feel the energy in the room, of the people taking part and the yoga instructor.
