Join us every Thursday at 6:30am at FLÖ Wellbeing for an early morning lake swim designed to help you start the day feeling refreshed, grounded and energised. Set within our peaceful lakeside setting at Blackpit Farm, Morning Swim Club is all about embracing slower mornings, fresh air and the feeling that comes after cold water. Whether you’re a regular swimmer or completely new to outdoor swimming, this is a welcoming space to build a simple morning ritual and connect with like-minded people. Bring your swimwear, towel and warm layers for afterwards — we’ll see you at the lake.

Northants 5K Race

Join Northamptonshire Sport for Race 3 of the series , set within the unique surroundings of Blackpit Brewery. This 5km multi-terrain route takes in some of Blackpit’s most beautiful landscapes, weaving through woodland trails, open farmland and scenic lakeside lawns. Entry Fees £15.00 (UKA affiliated) / £17.00 (non-affiliated) Booking fee: £1.50 (non-refundable) Open to runners aged 11+, with 11–12 year olds required to run with a participating adult. All finishers will receive a bespoke 5K race medal , unique to each event in the series. If you can’t attend in person, you can still take part virtually and have your medal sent to you — just ensure you are registered for the race. On the Day Registration opens from 18:30, with race numbers collected on arrival at the Nsport gazebo. Free parking is available on site, with marshals directing you on arrival. Toilets and first aid support will be available throughout the event. Food and drink will be available to purchase before and after the race, so you can refuel and relax once you’ve crossed the finish line. ENTER HERE
