National Garden Scheme

As part of the National Garden Scheme, you’re invited to explore our peaceful, wildlife-friendly lakeside gardens. Visitors can pay a small fee to wander through two acres of beautiful outdoor space, helping to raise money for national nursing and health charities, as well as supporting your local hospice. Lawns, wooded areas, planted beds, a working allotment and orchard will all be open to view, alongside an RHS award-winning pocket garden first showcased at the Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival in 2025.

Skydive 2026

Fly through the skies at our skydive day on Saturday 26 September 2026. We have a limited number of skydiving spaces at the Hinton Airfield, near Brackley. Skydiving is not only thrilling, and something you’ll remember forever, but it’s also a fantastic way to raise money for Willen Hospice. Your skydive will be what’s called a ‘Tandem skydive’ where you’ll be strapped to a professional – so all you have to do is enjoy it! Included: Jump and training completed in one day Harnessed to an experienced parachute instructor at all times Jump from at least 10,000 feet Freefall down to 5,000 feet – falling through the air at 120 mph! Ride the parachute down to the ground Landing controlled by your instructor Certificate to prove that you have completed a Tandem Skydive Costs & fundraising target You’ll need to pay a £70 deposit when you sign up, and we kindly ask you to fundraise at least £450 for Willen Hospice. Book 26 September 2026 Bookings close 12 June.
