If you’re seeking space for gentle movement, and time to tap into your creative flow with fun and friends, then this is for YOU! Have you ever noticed how creativity flows more easily when you feel relaxed, open & fully present? This immersive DAY RETREAT is your invitation to experience exactly that. We will begin the day with a gentle uplifting yoga practice led by Giorgia – designed to awaken joy, encourage fluid movement, to quiet the inner critic and stir up that gut feeling where the best ideas live. We aim to awaken your creative intuition and re-connect to your natural spark. It is hopefully a beautiful chance to release tension, soften the mind, and create space for curiosity and play. No pressure, no expectation, just time to arrive and reconnect with YOURSELF. Following a delicious 3-course lunch at the Hilltop Bistro at PAUS… We will continue our afternoon with a relaxed & inspiring guided painting session led by me. Inspired by our post-lunch walk in the meadow, I will support you step-by-step with exploring colours, materials & techniques in a way that feels easy – in the most communal and fun way to re-discover your creative self. What to expect: Ideal for complete beginners, both in yoga and painting.
