Weekend Yoga and Breakfast

These weekend yoga classes are about building a yoga community and making connections with other yogis. Teaching on a weekend gives more people the opportunity to come and practise in our lovely yoga centre in the beautiful market town of Hebden Bridge set in the Pennines. Classes are either taught in the traditional Mysore self-practice style or are a counted primary series. We then go for a long lazy breakfast in one of the local cafes giving everyone the chance to catch up with old friends and form new friendships. The time specified is for the class itself (2 hours), the breakfast is after this. £16 (breakfast not included) (please don't let cost be an issue - pay less if need be) Classes are non refundable but can be transferred to a different date. Mysore style classes - please do have a basic knowledge of the sequence of Ashtanga yoga, enough so that you can remember the standing postures and manage easily with a prompt sheet. Please observe parking restrictions on Hanginroyd Lane which are 8am - 8pm 7 days a week. We are a 10- 15 minutes walk from Hebden Bridge train station.
