Day Retreat & Workshops in and around West Wales Sawnallosgi & Traditional Yoga Sauna, Sea & Yoga. Friday 19th of June. 2:30-5pm Join us for a 2.5-hour deeply nourishing session designed to relax your body, clear your mind, and reset your energy. We begin with a Scandinavian wood-fired sauna, allowing the warmth to soften muscles and melt away tension. You’ll then be guided through cold plunges, either in the sea or the plunge, awakening your senses and boosting circulation. After this revitalising contrast of heat and cold, we transition into a traditional yoga class, followed by breathing practices and guided meditation to ground the nervous system and integrate the experience. This gentle yet invigorating guided hike is designed to reconnect you with your body, breath, and surroundings—no rushing, no pressure, just steady movement and presence. As we walk, we practice mindful hiking: noticing the rhythm of our steps. Midway through the hike, we settle into a peaceful place for a yoga class and a picnic in nature. We close the journey with gentle grounding meditation.
