Steph coordinates and co-delivers Penny Brohn UK’s Treatment Support Programme for people in active cancer treatment, as well as providing personalised support for clients to help them identify the services that would most suit their needs. Steph also manages enquiries from NHS and other Healthcare Professionals wanting to understand how the charity can support their patients. With Specialist Cancer Physiotherapist Olivia Core Our monthly Lymphoedema Support Group provides a safe, supportive space for anyone living with, or at risk of developing, lymphoedema. The group is ideal for people experiencing early signs of lymphoedema, those at higher risk, or anyone wishing to better understand how to support their lymphatic health through movement, education and lifestyle approaches. What to expect Each one-hour session includes: Short Educational Talk - An introduction to key lymphoedema topics, such as early warning signs, risk factors, and practical self-management tools designed to help you understand your body and feel confident taking proactive steps. Expert Q&A - Your opportunity to ask questions about symptoms, management, and day-to-day care. Olivia offers evidence-informed guidance tailored to the needs of the group. Movement Demonstrations - Gentle, guided movement sequences that support lymph flow, ease discomfort, and help you reconnect with your body in a safe and manageable way. Supportive Group Discussion - A space to learn alongside others, share experiences, and feel part of a community of people who understand what you’re going through. Kim specialises in nutrition to support mental and physical wellbeing cohesively and she also works as Integrative Therapist in Nutritional Psychiatry at The Priory Hospital, and lectures in nutrition. Victoria Kubiak - Nutritional Therapist NCAHE, Dip ONC, APNT, Dip AT, BANT, BCMA, APNT, BInst AT, KF & CthA Victoria is a registered nutritional therapist who has worked for Penny Brohn UK for over 20 years and also has a private practice. She has a vast knowledge of the history and health benefits of different foods and a passion for inspiring people to cook simple, nutritious and delicious meals using everyday ingredients.

These sessions are provided by Walk the Walk. A peer-led online resource, run by and for men who have/have had breast cancer. This is a wonderful opportunity to “meet”, share experiences, and talk about the things which are important.
