Tim and Shelah have been performing together for over 10 years. Expressive harmonies and solid musicianship are their forte. They have combined their musical experience and expertise by arranging classic rock tunes with a dash of country and swing classics for acoustic guitar, violin, and vocals. Tim O’Brien – Guitar & Vocals. Tim has navigated the Southern California music scene for over 30 years as a talented singer, guitar/dobro/pedal steel player. He has appeared with several bands performing classic rock, country and bluegrass. His warm singing voice holds audience’s attention throughout his performance. Shelah Spiegel – Fiddle & Vocals. Shelah, a southern California native, is 4-time Southern California fiddle champion. She has sung jingles for commercials, recorded studio tracks, worked as a park musician at Knott’s Berry Farm and Magic Mountain, and toured to Japan with Knott’s. Shelah has played in many local and out-of-state bluegrass and country bands and toured the US with several bluegrass bands.

LAST FIRST KISS is an Americana, country, and bluegrass duo built on deep musical roots, lived experience, and a shared love for timeless songs. Blending tradition with raw, modern energy, the duo delivers heartfelt performances that honor the past while feeling fully alive in the present. Fronting the band is lead vocalist Sheryl Bard, daughter of legendary Ohio bluegrass musician Frank Bard, whose influence and legacy loom large in the Midwest roots music scene. Frank Bard was a respected figure in traditional bluegrass, known for preserving the genre’s storytelling spirit and passing its values down through generations. Music runs even deeper in Sheryl’s bloodline—her grandmother was an accordionist in the Ohio gospel group The Glory Land Travelers, bringing sacred harmonies and gospel tradition into the family’s musical foundation. Raised among bluegrass standards, gospel songs, and front-porch harmonies, Sheryl Bard carries forward a multigenerational American music legacy with a voice steeped in authenticity and soul. On guitar and backing vocals is Ed Solis, a versatile and seasoned musician known locally as the founder and bassist of The Rumrunners Southern Rock Experience. Formed at Bogart’s, The Rumrunners quickly rose through the Southern California music scene, performing at prominent venues including The Gaslamp and The Garden, earning a reputation for high-energy, roots-driven live shows. Solis brings a uniquely broad musical background to LAST FIRST KISS.

'OUTLAWS OF FOLK MUSIC SERIES'' Michael Ubaldini’s critically acclaimed Folk & Roots music series that has been going strong for 10 years. It is at BOGART'S COFFEE HOUSE every first Thursday of each month. CBS Los Angeles named it “Best Folk Music show in The OC” in 2017 All ages can enjoy the show and artistic vibe. Outlaws is an ongoing folk music series that was created by the ‘rock n roll poet’ Michael Ubaldini who decided as a songwriter and supporter of musicians to start his own ‘Rebel Brand’ of an Acoustic Folk night. He calls it 'Outlaws of Folk Music Series’. Michael hand picks some kindred spirit musicians- established recording artists, touring, local singer songwriters & performers from Los Angeles, Orange County & Long Beach to do the night with him. Each artist does a thirty minute set and sometimes a final 'Sing Out' jam at the end of the show together. It’s the real deal. It’s the held first Thursday of each month. The music and Outlaws Series is spreading. Paul Inman's Delivery is comprised of singer-songwriter-guitarist/keyboard player/harmonica player and renegade avid poet/artist Paul Inman and a rotating cast of supporting musical compatriots. Raised near Detroit Michigan, Inman digested much from that locale's sonic landscape before emigrating to Los Angeles where he absorbed the Americana/folk stylings of California's most compelling artists (The Band, Tom Waits,Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers, The Buffalo Springfield, Neil Young and Crazy Horse, Blood on The Tracks/Desire era Dylan, Van Morrison's Hard Nose the Highway), blending them into a compelling Gothic-tinged folk/pop/rock delivery. Touring both as a trio and as a solo acoustic guitar and piano act, Paul Inman's Delivery have released a slew of full-length records of deftly performed gothic-tinged americana infused with folk and pop. Their latest, Songs Of The Broken Earth, further expands their sonic palette to incorporate blues and electronic stylings, while remaining embedded in the americana and roots rock genre. They tour intermittently both in the U.S. and in Europe while continuing to record new material. They have shared stages with the likes of Marc Olsen and Victoria Williams (Creek Dippers), Gram Rabbit, Lucinda Williams, Steve Forbert, Jim Lauderdale, and The Jayhawks, among other luminaries of words and music . Eric Allen is an Americana, blues, and country singer-songwriter and guitarist. He grew up in Indiana with his father and stepmother, playing in his father's country and western band from age four. After earning a law degree as the first person in his family to attend college, Eric served as faculty at an Ivy League university before working in publishing in New York City for over a decade. From 2012-2015, Eric backpacked through 45 countries in Asia, East Africa, eastern Europe, and the Middle East. Over the past several years, he has been living in, and playing on several tours throughout, China. Eric Allen is known for the authentic, soulful, and raspy sound that characterizes his original Americana, blues, and outlaw country compositions, which include 40 Years, Tomcat Stroll, All on Death Row, Black Water Buff, Rattlesnake Mama, and Itinerant Blues among many others. Eric will fully-release his 2nd studio album, Prowlin' Lobo Blues, in February 2023. Using primarily acoustic instruments, and without the use of drums, Prowlin' Lobo Blues explores life on the rails and road during the mid-19th century, Great Depression, and modern times. Eric’s debut album, Eric Allen, released in January 2021 and was also an acoustic undertaking without drums. Its songs convey stories of life on the road, hope, and longing in Eric’s down-to-earth, world-weary style.
