This is an immersive 8-day yoga and wellness retreat set in the natural beauty of Pembrokeshire, Wales. This retreat is designed to offer balance, restoration, and meaningful connection through daily yoga, meditation, ceremony, nourishing food, and shared community living. Whether you are looking to deepen your practice or simply take time to reset, this experience provides space to slow down and reconnect.
